| 1. How do I become a member of ASG-Atlanta? Go Here, look at the left column, punch the "Become a member" button and follow their instructions....easy pleasy. |
| 2. How do I sign up for the ASGAtlanta Yahoo!
Group? Follow the instructions here, or send an email to asg.yahoo@asgatlanta.org asking to be invited to the group. Because our group is limited to chapter members, please include your full name or membership number so your membership can be verified. |
| 3. How do I make sure my email address and other
personal information is up-to-date in the ASG Atlanta Chapter records? Contact the membership chair at asg.membership@asgatlanta.org and provide her with your up-to-date information. Remember, if your email address is not correct in our files, you may be missing important notices for upcoming events! |

| 5. What do I do to receive the newsletter electronically? Any member can get the newsletter electronically by going to the ASG Atlanta website (www.asgatlanta.org), clicking the Newsletter link at the top of the page, then selecting the desired newsletter. The electronic version is password protected, (password is sent with the reminder that the newsletter is available online). If you want to discontinue receiving the paper copy of the newsletter, please see the next FAQ below. |
| 6. How do I discontinue receiving the printed
newsletter? Contact our Membership chair at asg.membership@asgatlanta.org and let her know that you would like to be placed on the "Electronic Newsletter Only" list. Once she does that, you will no longer receive the printed copy (thus saving both trees and postage). Each publishing cycle you will receive an email letting you know when the new newsletter has been uploaded to the website. Note that your email address must be correct in the membership roster for you to get the email notification. If you aren't sure if it is, please contact our Membership chair at asg.membership@asgatlanta.org to verify it. |
| May I attend more than one Neighborhood Group
meeting? Yes, you may attend as many Neighborhood Groups as you would like. We try to publish the programs for the groups in Sew It Goes, so if you see a subject of interest in another group, feel free to attend. You may also visit chapters in other locations. |
